We always do what we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Normal delivery time is about 1 week with the exception of during peak season (March-May) when, in rare cases, it can take up to two weeks when ordering via the webshop. For specially designed products that are not ordered via the webshop, the delivery time is calculated after the proof is approved.

The delivery cost is 12 EUR.

All deliveries are made by the selected shipper within about 1-4 days, according to the delivery methods presented before completion of the order, usually PostNord. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address given at the time of order is correct, and that the buyer ensures that the delivery is collected/received at the pickup point within a reasonable time after dispatch, usually fourteen (14) days from dispatch.

Orders can be cancelled at no cost to the customer up until the time the order is implemented. Implementation usually starts at production. Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been implemented. Once we have started to implement your order, you, as a customer, are obliged to accept the consignment in all instances. Cancellation is not valid until confirmation of such is received from us.

Right of withdrawal/Returns

Most of our products are manufactured to order, therefore, by law we do not accept returns. Products that we do not manufacture to order are subject to a right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Regulations.

We retain the rights to misprints, errors in information, prices and errors in specification, on all of our range of items and services. All image information on our pages is for illustrative purposes only, and we cannot guarantee that the image reflects the exact appearance and nature of the product. In the event of a dispute in which the buyer is a private person, we have the policy of always complying with the recommendations of The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes between two or more companies are generally decided in court.
