  • Processing of your personal data

We may have saved your data if you have been employed by us, entered into an agreement with us, have had a customer or suppler relationship with us, and/or have been in contact with us. In some cases we may have received your data from a third party. The legal grounds for the processing are the fulfilment of agreements, legal obligations, weighing of interest, and in some cases consent.

We process your personal data for agreements, in order to contact you, to securely identify you, to fulfil your or our own legal obligations, to be able to offer and fulfil our services to you.

When you have ordered a product, we use your personal data to send important information about your order, or offers relating to our products. Such communications are sent to the e-mail address provided in connection with the order.


  • Sharing of your personal data

Your data is stored in one or more databases, hosted by a third party located within the EU. These third parties do not use nor have access to your data for other purposes than those mentioned, and to provide cloud services and storage services. We do not sell personal data to other parties, and we only share personal data with third parties which help us provide our services, such as subsuppliers, for whom we are responsible.

To protect the privacy of your personal data, we take suitable technical and organisational protective measures. We continually update and test our security technology, we limit access to your personal data to the employees who need it to carry out their work. We also educate our employees in the importance of secrecy and maintain privacy and security for your information. We undertake to take all suitable disciplinary actions to maintain the privacy responsibilities of our employees.


  • Your rights

If you feel that some piece of your personal data is inaccurate or misleading, please contact us immediately. You can also inform us if you want to in some way limit the processing of your personal data, object to the processing, or have your data deleted (with some exceptions). Where technically possible, we will on your request provide you with your personal data, or transfer the data to another data controller. You can also request information, once per year, free of charge, about: the purposes of the processing, categories of personal data, who outside of Made Inc has received personal data from us, the source of the information (if it was not provided directly by you), and how long your personal data has been stored.   • Data storage

Your personal data is not stored for longer than necessary and stored data is deleted according to set time limits. Data is processed for various time periods in order to allow us to fulfil our legal obligations or offer the best possible services.
